I've read that the ltz400 head is a direct fit for the drz but i would need to plug the manual decomp if i'm putting the cylinder head on a drz400s model. New Genuine 20002018 Genuine Suzuki DRZ400S DRZ400SM Cylinder Head. Also every drz head will fit and I went with a head from a much newer 2016+ drz (which was the cheapest option)I just had to block off the added pair valve. If you get an E or Kicker head,, you will need a few items for blocking off the manual Decompressor assembly, which is not used on a SM or S.
